Why do people hate Christmas? What's NOT to love? I don't understand.
I get that it is expensive and it can become materialistic. However I wonder how not everyone can feel the magic? How the gift of giving doesn't light up your eyes? How carols can make you cringe? Why don't they remind you of joy and happiness and family?
Why is it that when you're buying gifts you think of money and not the expression on the receiver's face, especially kids? I'm a huge fan of Christmas and it shows in my kids. I could not be more proud or more excited. Every single thing aimed at Christmas makes their little lives that tiny bit brighter. In our family it is magic. It is joy. It is love.
